Please call or email us. Be prepared to tell us your child’s strengths as well as concerns. We will listen and begin to guide you in our therapy process.

2 - Intake Forms

If you have insurance our billing department will check your benefits. Please complete the insurance form and provide a scan of your insurance card. Upon receipt of the form, our billing person will call to explain your insurance benefits and our invoicing process.

3 - Evaluation

Our therapists are independent contractors. They will call you directly to schedule an evaluation followed by a meeting to discuss recommendations an a plan.

Insurance

We are a contracted in-network provider for Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Tricare.

We frequently submit claims for out of network providers.
