Jenny Thomas, MA OTR/L

Jenny graduated from California with a master's in Occupational Therapy. Her undergraduate degrees are from K-State in Biology and Anthropology.

After graduating from K-State with undergraduate degrees in Biology and Anthropology Jenny moved to Boulder, Colorado to work in the city’s Natural Resources Program.  While she loved the great outdoors, kayaking, hiking, skiing, and rock climbing, the allied health field always appealed to her. She moved to California where she attended graduate school at  Samuel Merrit College in Oakland and received her master's degree. After graduate school, Jenny continued to work in both public and private school settings in the city. She also worked in a private pediatric clinic where she was able to work alongside some of the world’s best therapists such as Sheila Frick and Svetlana Musgutova.

Jenny has advanced training and certifications in reflex integration, Handwriting Without Tears, Therapeutic Listening and Integrative Listening System, Interactive Metronome, Perceptual Enrichment Program, Sensory Integration, and pediatric yoga instruction. After 15 years in San Francisco, Jenny returned to Kansas with her kids and husband. She searched for a clinic similar to the one in San Franciso and came across PossAbilities. With her husband and two teenage children, she continues to enjoy the great outdoors by biking, yoga, camping, music, and sailing the great lakes of Kansas.
